How it works
Send us a message with the currency, the amount and the branch that suits you. We put it aside in your name, so you are not depending on what happens to be in the drawer when you arrive.
At the counter we confirm the rate with you before anything is signed. If you are selling notes to us, our team counts them in front of you and explains any difference in price between note types.

What do I need to bring?
Your passport, and that is all. Visitors do not need a Brazilian tax number, the CPF. The exchange is registered in your name, which is why the document is asked for any amount.
Do you take cards?
No. We work with cash and bank transfer, not with cards.
Is the rate on this page the rate I get?
Yes. The published rate already includes every charge, and there is no separate fee on top of it. It is confirmed with you at the counter before anything is signed.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not for the common currencies, but it helps. Availability changes by branch and by day, so sending us a message puts the amount aside in your name.
Do you buy foreign currency as well?
We do, in cash, at all six branches. Bring the notes as they are and our team counts them in front of you.
